Four TV cooking celebrities to serve up Western-inspired bites at Big Yellow Barn

The Greater Gallatin United Way is rolling out the red carpet - or perhaps the checkered tablecloth - for four celebrity chefs this spring. The "United Night of Giving" event, scheduled for May 15th at Belgrade's Big Yellow Barn, promises exclusive culinary creations for 250 lucky attendees.

If you've spent any time watching cooking competitions on TV, you'll recognize these names. Emily Hahn from Bravo's Top Chef and Food Network's Chopped will be there, bringing her "globally inspired, locally sourced" approach. She's now co-owner of Mountain Provisions.

Joining the lineup is Bozeman's own Allison Fasano, who runs Est. 1864 and Brigade Restaurant. Fasano has made the rounds on Food Network shows like Beat Bobby Flay and Chopped, even winning Supermarket Stakeout. She's also delivered a TEDx talk, just in case you weren't already impressed.

The Italian cuisine will be handled by Silvia Barban, another Top Chef alum from Season 14. Rounding out the impressive roster is Casey Thompson, a fan-favorite Top Chef finalist who recently took home a win on Supermarket Stakeout.

"We are honored to partner with Mountain Provisions and these incredible chefs," said Kim Hall, GGUW CEO/President. "This event brings people together through amazing food and shared purpose, supporting programs that make a real difference for our youth and working families."

The event, running from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM, will feature live music alongside the food. Greater Gallatin United Way has been around since 1978, running programs like kidsLINK out-of-school care and various mental health initiatives. A good portion of the proceeds from this high-profile gathering will help fund these community efforts.

Tickets are available at unitednightofgiving.org, though if you're interested in mingling with TV chefs while supporting a good cause, you might want to act quickly. With only 250 spots available, these tickets won't last long!
