Program Description

Thunderstruck Media LLC and Distinctly Montana Magazine offer SMS services for:

  • Marketing promotions and offers
  • Subscription deadline reminders
  • Customer service communications
  • Event notifications
  • Account alerts

Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile number, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from us at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your preferences and interactions. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Compliance Statement

We strictly comply with CTIA guidelines. We do NOT send messages related to:

  • Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco (SHAFT)
  • Cannabis or CBD products
  • Gambling or lottery
  • Political campaigns or healthcare advice
  • High-risk financial services

Message Timing

Messages are only sent between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in your local time zone.

Technology

We use 10DLC (10-digit long code) phone numbers for our SMS program. Messages are sent from 406-600-7660.

Opt-Out Instructions

Text STOP to any message to opt-out of all SMS communications. You'll receive a confirmation message.

Opt-In Instructions

Text START or YES to 406-600-7660 to rejoin after opting out.
