VIDEO: Bear Just Won't Leave Restroom at Buck's T-4 Lodge!

When we humans need to get away from our busy work lives and obligations, we got to enjoy the freedom of nature.  So it stands to reason that when bears need to get away from the slog of eating berries and, famously, pooping in the woods, they come to civilization. 

Or anyway that's what we concluded from this video posted by Buck's T-4 Lodge in Big Sky, Montana, that shows what happens after a black bear strolls into the lodge and right into the bathroom.  

First they tried to coax the bear out on his own, but he was pretty intent on staying in the bathroom, having made himself comfy on the nice cool tile of the counter.  Notice his feet dangling in the sink. 

Incredibly, that's when they start Face-Timing the bear through the window of the door.  It is then decided to tranquilize the bear and remove the animal.  It all ends with a game warden carrying the intrepid bear out of the lodge, where he was put into a crate and, eventually, released back into the wild in another part of Montana.  

After inspecting the aftermath, the staff of the Buck's T-4 discovered first-hand the answer to one of the great philosophical questions of all time: does a bear sh*t in the woods?  Yes, but also in a sink if he has to.

No doubt the bear had heard all of the lovely things locals have to say about the fare and lodgings at the Buck T-4, and had to check it out for himself.  Who can blame him?  See the whole amazing video below:
