Pretty Lights Concert

Breakout EDM star Derek Vincent Smith, known best by his stage name Pretty Lights, incorporates real instruments and soul into his live performances. Pretty Lights made a name for himself with “Finally Moving,” with vocal sampling from Etta James. His most recent album the self-funded and self-promoted A Color Map Of the Sun has launched him further into the mainstream music scene. The record married synthetic sounds with funk, played by horns, drums and guitars. The live band features Smith, Brian Coogan, Borahm Lee, Alvin Ford Jr., and Chris Karns.
