Wine & Culinary Classic at The Museum of the Rockies -- BOZEMAN -- July 11th

July 11th

Museum of the Rockies announces a new twist to its annual Wine Classic benefit event. This year the name will change to the Wine & Culinary Classic to reflect the remarkable talents of the chefs, caterers and restaurants in and around Southwest Montana.

The date for this year's 14th Annual Wine & Culinary Classic is set for Saturday, July 11, 2015, from 5:30 to 10:00pm.

The theme of the 2015 Wine & Culinary Classic - Dare to Explore! - is a fitting tribute to MOR's mission: To entice, engage, and inspire our guests to explore the world through history, science, and art. MOR brings the world to Montana and Montana to the world.

Featured Importers for 2015 are Palm Bay International, importers of fine wine and spirits from the world's premier growing regions, and Vintus Wines, importers of family-owned, estate-based, hand-crafted wines. Honorary Chairs are Melinda Winegardner & the late Kurt Winegardner (1954-2015). Again this year, the Master of Ceremonies will be Fred Dame, Master Sommelier. As always, the evening will include wine tastings, locally catered foods, silent and live auctions, and our Dutch auction that helps raise needed money for our Changing Exhibits Fund.

One of the largest under-one-tent events in Montana and held on the Museum's grounds, MOR's Wine & Culinary Classic has earned a reputation for attracting wine and food enthusiasts from across the country, as well as those who simply enjoy learning about wine, and sampling the finest foods. Museum patrons and guests will enjoy friends and fun as they sip over 80 varieties of wine, savor delicious food from more than 16 local caterers and restaurants and, most importantly, support Museum of the Rockies.

Tickets are now available to this celebrated benefit event and are $150 for MOR members, $175 for non-members.
