Lewis & Clark Festival Float Trip: Wolf Creek Canyon Trip -- GREAT FALLS -- June 21st

June 21st

Explore mile after mile of breathtaking scenery from a front row seat in a Missouri River Raft with experienced Lewis and Clark historian and guide Don Peterson.

Enjoy a relaxing and scenic float from Mid Canyon to Prewett Creek. Experience the scenic grandeur of the Missouri as it meanders through volcanic rock, lining the canyon walls of the Adel Mountains between Great Falls and Helena. Expect to see ample wildlife – birds, fish, and mammals. We’ve seen bald eagles, mink, bear, bobcat, moose, and numerous deer on past floats through this area, so be sure to take a camera! Soak up the sun and saga with rafts and guides provided by Montana River Outfitters. This trip includes a riverside picnic lunch. Return to Great Falls by approximately 3 p.m.
