The Libby Area Chamber of Commerce will hold its Duck Race fundraiser at noon at the Flower Creek "upper bridge" and conclude downstream at the Highway 2 bridge near Rosauers. The Chamber will rent the numbered ducks for $20 each. Call the Chamber at 406-293-4167 to reserve your duck.
