Celebrate the bounty of Montana at Western Sustainability Exchanges Harvest Celebration Dinner and Auction at Chico Hot Springs! This locally grown feast matches regionally renowned chefs with food grown on Montana's sustainable managed farms and ranches.
The dinner is formatted as a 'sustainable tasting.' Diners move from tasting station to tasting station sampling appetizers, entrées and desserts featuring Montana meats, grains, vegetables and fruits. Entrée food stations showcase both natural and grass-fed beef, chicken, fish, pork and vegetarian cuisine with side dishes using a wide array of grains and fall root vegetables. Desserts showcase Montana fruits and dairy products.
