Funds raised at this holiday event support expansion of HCF granting programs (grants to individuals) and its Community Education Campaign. Try your hand at carnival games to win a prize, or show off your frightening features in our Costume Contest with a chance to win a Southgate Mall gift card. Tickets for game play are $1 per person or buy a wrist band for $15 for unlimited game access (excluding Costume Contest). Some prizes may not be acceptable for all ages. Costume Contest is from 4:30-7 p.m. in the JC Penney Court. Entry is $2 per person or $5 for a group. First, second, and third place prizes will be awarded. Winners will be announced at approximately 7:15 p.m. at JC Penney Court.
