The fourth annual festival kicks off with an opening party, “Cinema Royale: 00FLIC,” 50-7:30 p.m. Friday at KwaTaqNuk Resort. Film screenings begin at 8 p.m. Friday and continue through the Awards Show on Sunday. An After Party begins at 9 p.m. Saturday at the Vine and Tap. The three-day program offers a broad slate of domestic and international films, including features, shorts and documentaries.
