Join us in Downtown Billings for our 13th Annual Halloween Trick or Treat! Friday, October 30, 2015 – from Noon to 5pm, Downtown shops will have treats on hand, decorations up, and will be ready for the little goblins and pirates to pay them a visit! The fun can start anywhere downtown but we encourage everyone to stop at our Downtown Info Center, 2815 2nd Ave. N. FIRST and pick up a free trick or treat bag, a participant map, and a goodie or two!
