Join us the Sunday before Halloween for a 10K and 5K Run/Walk and Kids' Run to benefit the Help Center's work for suicide prevention and intervention. The Help Center’s local suicide & crisis hotline is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Prizes will be given for best costume (dogs included!). Halloween characters are likely to surprise runners along the 5K/10K routes. You can sign-up to run, volunteer, sponsor or donate.
