The fair opens Wednesday with a free concert by Charley Jenkins at 7:30 p.m. PRCA rodeo action begins at 7:30 p.m. Thursday and Friday; and country star Trace Adkins joins Lauren Alaina for a concert at 7:30 p.m. Saturday.
